Sourcing
Our energetic sourcing department communicates daily with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices and the perfect raw materials for every order. We track market conditions on cotton, yarn and trims so your cost stays competitive. Process: requirement review → supplier shortlist → price & lead-time comparison → sample approval → bulk booking. Typical sourcing turnaround is 3–5 working days, and our sourcing service is included at no extra charge on production orders.
Manufacturing (OEM / ODM)
Bangladesh has many well-known garment factories. According to your order size, fabric and lead time, we find the right factory to manufacture your brand’s design with the perfect raw material — knitted, woven or sweater items. Process: tech pack or reference sample → pattern & sample → approval → bulk production → in-line & final inspection → FOB shipment. Lead time is typically 30–45 days after sample approval depending on style and quantity. Pricing is factory-direct; we act as your buying agent, not a reseller.
Quality Assured
Quality is the first priority at RS Apparel & Sourcing — we believe quality has a direct impact on our customers’ sales and business. We strictly maintain product quality at every stage of production and ensure AQL 2.5 in garment inspection. Our QC team checks fabric, stitching, colour fastness, measurement and workmanship, then inspects 100% of pieces at final inspection before carton packing. A third-party inspection can be arranged on request before shipment.
